I made mini quiches (one of her favourite things to eat) last night and there were some left over after tea. I asked if she might like to take them in her lunchbox today.
To which she replied "Mum I'm not going to be THAT kid ... who rocks up with mini quiches in their lunch box on the first day".

Well, it was an honest mistake to think that hand prepared mini quiches was a bad idea...the things we moms should know on our own. Thank goodness our childrenare there to guide us. :)
She is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Congrats to her for starting high school.
